About Margaret

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a background in healthcare, and I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions.

Before entering the field of mental health, I spent years working in healthcare. That experience deepened my understanding of how closely physical and emotional well-being are connected. Many of the individuals I work with are not only facing emotional strain, but also the physical toll that stress, loss, and long-term pressure can create.

I have a particular interest in working with women in transition — whether adjusting to relationship changes, career shifts, caregiving roles, retirement, or other significant life stages. I also support adults working to rebuild self-esteem, manage anxiety, and move through periods of adjustment with greater clarity and confidence.

My approach is thoughtful, steady, and collaborative. I believe that with insight, practical tools, and consistent effort, meaningful change is possible — even after difficult seasons.

I work with individuals ages 18 through older adulthood via secure telehealth in Florida.
